Greg Nussbickel has been in practice in Florida since 2002 and founded The Nussbickel Law Firm, P.A. in Fort Myers in 2007. Over that time he has helped thousands of Florida families. The firm does two things, and does them every day: estate planning for Southwest Florida families, and probate and trust administration for families anywhere in Florida. You work directly with Greg, supported by two experienced paralegals.

Experience From Every Side of an Estate

Greg began his career as an associate at Roetzel & Andress, a multi-state law firm, after a legal externship at the Supreme Court of Florida during law school. He went on to earn an LL.M. in Real Estate from the University of Miami — a background that matters in Florida, where homestead and title questions shape so many estates — and has taught legal studies at the college level. He teaches other professionals through the National Business Institute, most recently on Florida trust practice, and has written on durable powers of attorney for LexisNexis.

He holds an AV Preeminent rating (2026) from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating that organization confers, and an Avvo Rating of 10.0 (“Superb”) from Avvo (2026), the highest rating on that organization's 1–10 scale.
